Scenario Steps:

• Webhook Trigger: Shopify “Customer Created”

• HTTP Request: Add customer to AIVA

• HTTP Request: Get customer RFM segment

• Router: Branch based on segment

• New → Send welcome email

• Champions → Send VIP email

• Other → Standard onboarding

• Google Sheets: Log new customer

• Slack: Notify team

Setup:

• Create new scenario in Make
• Add Shopify webhook trigger
• Add HTTP module for AIVA API
• Configure as above
• Test and activate
