Payment failures (25 pts), pause patterns (20 pts), low order frequency (15 pts), days since order (20 pts), low LTV (10 pts), cancellation attempts (10 pts). Critical risk (80-100): immediate intervention.

Four levers: fewer cancellations, more lapsed subscribers reactivated, more revenue per subscriber from add-ons, and less of your team's time spent on pause and skip requests.
